The conference attracted nearly 100 students representing businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and production and trading establishments of agricultural products, handicrafts and OCOP products in the city.
Here, students are equipped with in-depth knowledge and skills from leading experts. Specifically, Founder & CEO of BQTraining Nguyen Bao Quoc (Member of the National Innovation and Startup Advisory Council), Director of Quang Vu Gift Production Co., Ltd. Tran Quang Vu, and Founder of 5-star application Do Quy Su shared their experiences. The main contents focused on the application of e-commerce and digital technology in promoting and consuming OCOP products.
Students were equipped with knowledge and skills in multi-channel sales, promoting business growth and thoroughly applying AI in customer care on Facebook. At the same time, they were also guided in creative product design in the context of digital transformation, combining digital promotion, content marketing and e-commerce for OCOP products. In addition, students participated in a workshop on "Optimizing e-commerce stores and SEO for OCOP products".

Director of the Danang Biotechnology Center Pham Chau Huynh emphasized that the conference contributes significantly to the implementation of the city's key task: building new rural areas, improving and developing OCOP products locally.
"Da Nang currently has many quality OCOP products that are imbued with local identity. However, in reality, creating good products is only half the success; the remaining part, the decisive factor for survival, is the ability to bring products to consumers.
Many OCOP subjects are still confused about: fanpages have little interaction, or the actual products are of high quality but the promotional images are not attractive enough.
Many individuals and OCOP units, although having heard a lot about AI, livestream or e-commerce platforms, are still confused about where to start. Therefore, this training course is organized to answer those questions," Mr. Pham Chau Huynh affirmed.

Mr. Pham Chau Huynh also said that the training course was designed concisely, with specific and practical content, aiming at three core goals.
Firstly, support OCOP entities to transform their sales mindset from traditional methods to multi-channel models. In particular, encourage the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize automated customer care processes.
Second, the program focuses on supporting and consulting on upgrading brand image, helping products "speak" through packaging, labels and creative designs suitable for the digital age.
Third, equipping practical skills through "hands-on" methods of content marketing, store optimization and SEO, to help customers easily find manufacturers and sellers.
