Established in 1993, MobiFone currently has nearly 4,600 employees nationwide, 100% of whom participate in social insurance. In the past 3 years, the company has not had any labor disputes or fire incidents - a testament to its stability and systematic management.

MobiFone always maintains a superior treatment regime compared to general regulations: maternity allowance of 80% of the previous month's salary, accumulated leave for 3 years, regular gifts and holiday bonuses, summer vacation cost support of 10 million VND/person/year, voluntary health insurance for relatives, regular health check-ups, timely support in case of illness, accident or sudden difficulties.

Not only that, the company also invests in a modern centralized kitchen system, organizes cultural and sports activities, annual creativity competitions... creating a space to connect and encourage the working spirit of staff.

Safe environment, modern technology

MobiFone strictly implements occupational safety and hygiene, from regular training, protective equipment provision to monitoring the working environment.
