Based on Decision No. 1040/QD-UBND dated May 5, 2025, of the People's Committee of Son La province on adjusting and allocating the provincial budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025 to agencies and units when reorganizing the organizational structure;

The Department of Finance of Son La province announces the selection of a valuation service provider to appraise the Outline and detailed budget for the task "Procurement of assets, tools, and equipment for professional work in 2025 of the Department of Finance of Son La province" , specifically as follows:

1. Name and address of the entity whose property is being appraised.

2. Assets to be appraised.

- Assets to be appraised: Items in the detailed plan and budget for the task: "Procurement of assets, tools, and equipment for professional work in 2025 of the Son La Provincial Department of Finance".

3. Purpose of the valuation.

The valuation results will serve as the basis for the Son La Provincial Department of Finance to approve the outline and detailed budget for the task of "Procurement of assets, tools and equipment to serve professional work in 2025 of the Son La Provincial Department of Finance".

4. Criteria for selecting a valuation firm.

The valuation firm is established in accordance with the law and is listed in the Ministry of Finance 's publicly available list of qualified valuation firms.

The selected valuation firm must not fall under any of the categories prohibited from conducting valuations as stipulated in the Law on Prices and its implementing regulations.

The valuation firm has experience and expertise in the field of valuation.

The price for the comprehensive valuation service includes all costs for survey, information gathering for valuation, VAT, etc.
