Television stations that want to work at SEA Games 33 will have to pay 20,000 USD.

This fee is set by the Southeast Asian Games Federation (SEAGF) and is applicable to all broadcasters in the region.

Accordingly, TV stations operating in Vietnam who wish to cover the Games must register with the Vietnam Olympic Committee. Once approved, the list will be compiled and officially sent to SEAGF to serve as a basis for issuing press cards to reporters.

The Vietnam Olympic Committee also said that each television agency must pay the SEAGF a participation fee of 20,000 USD, separate from other expenses or agreements that may arise with the broadcasting unit of the host SEA Games 33 - Thailand. Paying the fee is a necessary condition to be granted a television working card at the Games.

The 33rd SEA Games will take place in Thailand from December 9 to 20, 2025, with the participation of 11 Southeast Asian countries. The Games are expected to host 66 sports and sub-sports with 585 events, continuing to be the largest sporting event in the region.
