Observations at the Center show a serious, urgent, and orderly working atmosphere right from the first days of the new year. On average, the unit receives more than 800 applications per day, double the usual number. The majority are people working outside the province who take advantage of the Tet holiday to return home to complete procedures such as certifying job applications, verifying documents, and renewing identity cards.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Lu Quang Ngoi, visited and exchanged views with officials and staff of the Public Administrative Service Center during the first working days of the new year.

Despite the high volume of applications, the process of receiving and handling them remained smooth, without any congestion or delays. The center proactively allocated personnel appropriately, reinforced staff in key areas, and effectively operated the information technology system, thereby shortening processing times and providing maximum convenience for citizens.
