Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, Lu Quang Ngoi, made this request during an inspection of operations at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center on the morning of February 24th.

• Proactive, responsible, and ahead of schedule in election preparations.
• Every official and Party member must demonstrate a spirit of determination, dedication, and responsibility.

Observations at the Center show a serious, urgent, and orderly working atmosphere right from the first days of the new year. On average, the unit receives more than 800 applications per day, double the usual number. The majority are people working outside the province who take advantage of the Tet holiday to return home to complete procedures such as certifying job applications, verifying documents, and renewing identity cards.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Lu Quang Ngoi, visited and exchanged views with officials and staff of the Public Administrative Service Center during the first working days of the new year.

Despite the high volume of applications, the process of receiving and handling them remained smooth, without any congestion or delays. The center proactively allocated personnel appropriately, reinforced staff in key areas, and effectively operated the information technology system, thereby shortening processing times and providing maximum convenience for citizens.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Lu Quang Ngoi, highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the officials and civil servants. He emphasized that, entering the next five-year development phase in accordance with the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution, the requirement is to continue tightening administrative discipline; enhancing a sense of responsibility, public service ethics, and the spirit of serving the people. Each case resolved quickly and in accordance with regulations is a concrete action to bring the resolution into life.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province visited and encouraged officials and civil servants, emphasizing that serving the people is a key task in the new development phase.
