Hot weather can easily lead to children getting sick, tired or causing anorexia. Fruit smoothie

Ingredients : Fruit (avocado, mango, banana, papaya, dragon fruit), fresh milk or formula milk.

How to prepare : Blend fruit with fresh milk or baby formula mixed in the right proportions. Parents should feed their children between 3-5pm when the weather is hot, just after waking up after noon so that the baby feels alert, less thirsty, and at the same time helps provide additional vitamins and minerals with balanced nutrition for the body.

How to prepare : Mix about 5-10g of jelly with fresh milk or formula milk mixed in the right ratio, soak for about 10 minutes. Then simmer, stir well for about 10 minutes, skim off the foam and pour into the mold. Leave the mold in the refrigerator for about 45-60 minutes and then take it out for your child to eat. This is one of the ways to prepare cool milk for children while still ensuring nutrition.

Flan - caramel

Ingredients : Eggs, fresh milk or formula milk

How to prepare : Beat 1-2 eggs with 200 ml of fresh milk or standard formula milk. Then pour into the cake molds and steam for about 10 minutes. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for about 45-60 minutes before taking it out for the child to eat. Children can eat egg custard flan to replace their daily milk while still ensuring nutrition.

Yogurt from formula milk, fresh milk

Ingredients : Fresh milk or formula milk, yogurt culture

How to prepare : Use 200 ml of fresh milk or formula milk mixed in the right ratio, then dissolve with yogurt starter; incubate in a sealed place, keep warm for 8-10 hours; remove and leave the milk in the refrigerator; children can add yogurt after main meals to provide more calcium and probiotics.

Cheese fruit jelly

Ingredients : Fruit juice (watermelon juice, orange juice), cheese cubes.

How to prepare : Mix fruit juice with about 5-10g of jelly and soak for about 10 minutes. Then turn on the stove, simmer, stir well for about 10 minutes, skim off the foam and pour into the mold; add cheese cubes into the mold; leave the mold in the refrigerator for about 45-60 minutes before taking it out for children to eat. This is one of the cool snacks that children love in the summer, providing extra calcium and vitamins.
