By the end of June 2025, the Provincial System had deployed 1,932 public services (including public services of the Electricity Company), of which 981 were full public services and 584 were partial public services, the rest were level 1 and level 2 public services.
In recent years, the implementation of online public services (DVCTT) in the implementation of administrative procedures has been strongly implemented by the Provincial People's Committee throughout the province. Accordingly, agencies and units focus on investing in technical infrastructure to serve the implementation of administrative procedures on the network environment; 100% of agencies and units have high-speed Internet connection and a fully built LAN system; 100% of agencies and units in the province are fully equipped with computers. Thanks to that, DVCTT is always the priority choice of individuals and organizations when implementing administrative procedures.
Mr. Luong Van Hoang, Phai Luong village, Ky Lua ward said: Going through administrative procedures is no longer as difficult and arduous as before because most of them are done online. In early June 2025, I submitted documents for notarization via DVCTT for personal work. It only took me 5 minutes to complete the application very conveniently.
In order to realize the direction of General Secretary To Lam on developing science , technology, innovation and digital transformation, the upgrading and development of the National Public Service Portal into a single "single window" has received special attention and top priority from the Government. This is also one of the important factors for implementing administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries when operating a two-level government. Based on the central government's directives, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to review, integrate and provide 100% of the province's public services and integrate and provide 100% of public services for businesses on the National Public Service Portal. To date, 1,452 public services of the province and 800 public services for businesses have been integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal. At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to direct telecommunications enterprises to widely inform mobile subscribers in the province about closing the provincial Public Service Portal interface and deploying the National Public Service Portal as a single centralized "one-stop shop".
From July 1, when people and businesses log into the provincial public service portal, the system will notify and automatically transfer to the National Public Service Portal (dichvucong.gov.vn) within 30 seconds. After that, people only need to add one more operation to select the locality to handle administrative procedures, and all other operations will remain unchanged.
Mr. Bui Duc Trung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, said: The implementation of the National Public Service Portal as a "one-stop shop" helps standardize, make transparent and digitize the entire process, from reception to processing and returning results. In particular, people and businesses only need to remember a single address, making it more convenient to carry out online administrative procedures.
The implementation of the National Public Service Portal as a national centralized “one-stop shop” and closing the interface of the Provincial Public Service Portal is one of the goals of building an administrative system that serves the people. In the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct specialized agencies and units to closely coordinate with localities to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation process, ensuring the smooth and effective reception and handling of administrative procedures for people.
