Training on life skills education and development thinking, green thinking

(CT) - During 2 days (June 30 and July 1), within the framework of the "Success Skills" Project of Save the Children International (SCI), Can Tho City Social Work Center coordinated with Southern College of Electromechanics and Agriculture to organize a training course on "Life skills and development thinking, green thinking" for lecturers, civil servants and workers.

At the training course, 120 trainees were introduced to life skills, shared experiences in teaching life skills to students; social-emotionaleducation , emotional recognition; identifying and practicing growth thinking, and transformation of thinking. Trainees learned about green thinking around the topics: people and the environment, global environmental issues, green skills training instructions, green jobs, etc. The training course aims to equip the school's teaching staff with basic knowledge, essential life skills and modern growth thinking, inspire learning, support students to develop comprehensively in terms of professional capacity and personal skills. At the same time, create a forum for experts, lecturers and school staff to exchange and share experiences in integrating life skills education content and growth thinking, green thinking into teaching, consulting, management and supporting students. Thereby, enhancing awareness, responsibility and capacity to act of the team of lecturers and staff in accompanying and taking learners as the center, contributing to building a positive and friendly educational environment...
