In Can Tho City, there are 9 inter-provincial bus routes operated by Phuong Trang Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company - FUTA Bus Lines. The bus routes are basically operating stably, on schedule, ensuring safety and serving the travel needs of the people better and better.

There are currently 2 types of buses in operation: B40 bus (25 seats, 15 standing) and B24 mini bus (17 seats and 7 standing).

According to the Urban Traffic Management and Operation Center - Can Tho City Department of Construction, the Center manages 9 intra-provincial bus routes, with a total actual operating route length of 438.7km. There are 65 new buses in operation equipped with air conditioning, wifi, Euro 4 emission standards, and support for people with disabilities. - Route CT-01, CT-03 (combined 2 routes): Ba Lang - O Mon - O Mon - Lo Te Intersection, distance 62km. Route: Ba Lang (Cai Rang) bus station - National Highway 1 (old) - 30/4 Street - Hoa Binh Avenue - Nguyen Trai Street - Cach Mang Thang 8 Street - Le Hong Phong Street - National Highway 91 - O Mon - National Highway 91 - Thot Not - Lo Te bus station and vice versa. Operating hours are from 4:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.

- Route CT-05: O Mon - Vinh Thanh, distance 34km. Itinerary: O Mon bus station - National Highway 91 - March 26th Street - Provincial Road 922 (old) - Thoi Lai - Provincial Road 919 - An Nam Communist Party Relic Site (Co Do) - District Road 32 - Thoi Dong (Noc Bang Market) and vice versa. - Route CT-06: Lo Te Intersection - Kinh B - Kien Giang Provincial Bus Station (old), distance 58.7km. Journey: Lo Te Intersection - National Highway 91 - National Highway 80 - Kinh B - National Highway 80 - Cach Mang Thang 8 Street - Mai Thi Hong Hanh Street - National Highway 61 - Kien Giang Provincial Bus Station (old) and vice versa. - Route CT-07: Lo Te intersection - Co Do town (old), distance 36km.
