A person in Ho Chi Minh City won the Vietlott jackpot of more than 21 billion VND.

Lottery business unit confirmed that a resident in Ho Chi Minh City has just won the jackpot worth more than 21 billion VND.

On the afternoon of November 9, a representative of the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) - Ministry of Finance announced that a customer in Ho Chi Minh City had just won the jackpot prize of Lotto 5/35 product worth more than 21 billion VND.

Specifically, in the 266 Lotto 5/35 product draw, the jackpot prize "exploded" with the number set: 06-07-20-23-34, the special number is 03. Thus, after deducting personal income tax according to regulations, the owner of the jackpot winning ticket will actually receive more than 19.2 billion VND.

Lotto 5/35 allows players to choose 5 numbers from the set of 01 to 35, along with a special number from 01 to 12 to create a series of winning numbers with a value of 10,000 VND/set. In addition, players can choose to play multiple sets of numbers to increase the number of participating numbers.

By matching just one special number, players can receive a consolation prize worth 10,000 VND. For other prize categories such as matching 3 main numbers, 4 main numbers or 5 main numbers, the prize will increase from tens of thousands to tens of millions of VND. In the case of matching 5 main numbers and 1 special number at the same time, players will win the cumulative jackpot, starting from 6 billion VND.
