The 12th session of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, will take place from July 3 to July 6. It is expected that the City People's Council will consider and approve the Project to establish Dong Anh district and wards in Dong Anh district, Hanoi; complete the positions under the authority of the City People's Council and orient the city's public investment plan for 2024.
