The 12th session of the 16th Hanoi People's Council will take place from tomorrow, July 3 to July 6. It is expected that the City People's Council will consider and approve the Project to establish Dong Anh District and wards in Dong Anh District, Hanoi; complete the positions under the authority of the City People's Council and orient the city's public investment plan for 2024.
