Landslide in Yen Xuan: Urgent evacuation of people in Co market area

Due to the impact of storm No. 10 and its circulation, which caused heavy rain in Yen Xuan commune, on the evening of September 29, a landslide occurred in the residential area of ​​Cho Co, village 3, Yen Binh, Yen Xuan commune.

Immediately upon receiving the information, the functional forces of Yen Xuan Commune People's Committee, such as: Center for Culture - Information and Sports, Department of Culture - Society, military forces, commune police and nearly 30 officers and soldiers of Logistics Base - General Staff were present in time, helping households affected by landslides to evacuate people and property to a safe place.

On the evening of September 29, 5 households had to evacuate to ensure safety. Currently, due to the influence of storm No. 10, there is heavy to very heavy rain. All people in the commune are requested to raise their vigilance, proactively prevent adverse developments of natural disasters, and minimize damage caused by storm No. 10.
