City People's Council delegates met with voters of the communes: Thach That, Tay Phuong, Ha Bang, Hoa Lac, Yen Xuan

On behalf of the City People's Council Delegation, Chairman of the Board of Members, Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation Truong Hai Long announced the content, program, and time of the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the City People's Council; summary report of the City People's Committee on the implementation of the socio- economic development plan in 2025 and directions and tasks in 2026; report of the City People's Committee on responding to voters' opinions and recommendations at the previous voter meeting.

The summary report of the City People's Committee emphasized: 2025 is a pivotal year, of special importance to the city, marking a strong transformation in institutions and governance models in the spirit of Conclusion No. 121, the Capital Law 2024 and strategic resolutions of the Politburo .

In recent times, the city has resolutely and synchronously implemented solutions in all fields, achieving many outstanding results, creating strong momentum for the capital's socio-economic development, with results basically being better year after year; expected to achieve 23/24 main targets, of which 2/24 targets exceeded the plan.

Regarding the socio-economic development plan for 2026, the city continues to implement the five themes of "Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity and development". The general goal is to perfect the organization, apparatus and institutions, and policies for the development of the capital; continue to promote growth, promote industrialization, modernization and private economic development; promote science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; develop culture, education and training; ensure social security and improve social welfare. Continue to build synchronous, modern and highly connected infrastructure; exploit and effectively use resources and protect the environment; improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs and international integration; prevent and combat corruption, negativity and waste; ensure local defense and social order and safety.

At the conference, voters of Yen Xuan commune requested Hanoi city and competent authorities to consider and resolve the compensation and support for households with land in Co Dun lake when constructing the project; continue to inspect and review land acquisition projects that cause difficulties for people.
