The sports event attracted more than 250 athletes to participate.

The first autumn race includes two symbolic distances: 6.11km to celebrate 4 years of commercial operation of the Cat Linh - Ha Dong line and 11.27km to celebrate 11 years of Hanoi Metro's establishment.

According to Hanoi Metro leaders, up to now, Hanoi 's urban railway system has operated stably and safely for many consecutive years.

Line 2A Cat Linh – Ha Dong has been operating for 1,478 days, with an average of 245 trains/day, serving 39,000 passengers/day.

The elevated section of Line 3.1 Cau Giay Station - Nhon operated for 472 days, reaching 227 trains/day, serving 24,200 passengers/day. These figures confirm that urban railways are a civilized and modern means of public transport, contributing to reducing congestion, reducing emissions and forming sustainable travel habits in urban areas.

According to Mr. Khuat Viet Hung, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members of Hanoi Metro, the event is not only an activity to celebrate the founding day but also aims to build a dynamic working environment, spread the spirit of sportsmanship, and improve the health of workers.
