Launching the 2026 Postage Stamp Collection and Learning Contest

On the morning of November 24, at Kim Dong Primary School, Rach Gia Ward, the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Youth Union coordinated with An Giang Provincial Post Office and An Giang - Kien Giang Stamp Association to organize the launching ceremony of the 2026 Postage Stamp Collection and Learning Contest.

The contest has the theme " The Communist Party of Vietnam and the journey of national development through postage stamps". The Organizing Committee will implement and receive entries from November 20, 2025 to March 20, 2026; award prizes at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

Contestants are An Giang children, from 8 to 15 years old (from grade 3 to grade 9) living and studying at primary, secondary, middle and high schools in An Giang province.

Each school team has at least 5 entries. Children participate in the contest by answering questions through stamp images or open-ended essays related to the contest theme. Entries must not have been published in books, newspapers, magazines or any other mass media.

Representatives of An Giang Provincial Youth Union and Kien Giang Stamp Association presented the decision and flowers to members of Nguyen Trung Truc Stamp Club.

On this occasion, Kien Giang Stamp Association announced the decision to establish Nguyen Trung Truc Stamp Club, with 17 members, chaired by Mr. Tran Minh Ket, Secretary of the Youth Union of Kim Dong Primary School.
