MSB launches loyalty program for corporate customers

MSB Rewards is a reward points accumulation program for MSB's corporate customers. For each transaction such as maintaining a deposit balance in the account (CASA), paying bills, buying and selling foreign currency or transferring money internationally... that satisfies the program's conditions, customers will receive M-Point bonus points added to the "MSB Rewards" account on the e-banking application.

According to MSB, corporate customers only need to have a balance in their payment account of 25 million VND or more to be able to accumulate 300 points; the higher the balance, the more points they can accumulate (up to a maximum of 16,000 points).

For bill payments, MSB applies bonus points for transactions of only VND 2 million or more, with a maximum cumulative total of 100,000 points per month for each customer. At the same time, when buying and selling foreign currencies or transferring money internationally, corporate customers can also accumulate up to 200,000 points per month. In addition, MSB also implements an enhanced engagement program with a gift of 400,000 points for corporate customers upgrading or maintaining their Platinum status.

By participating in MSB Rewards, the maximum number of points each business can accumulate in a month from activities (except upgrading to Platinum or maintaining Platinum) is 7.2 million points.

To participate in the MSB Rewards program, corporate customers access MSB's Internet banking to accumulate points. The system will scan the customer's transactions at the end of each day and record the number of points accumulated during the day. With the accumulated points, corporate customers can use them to redeem promotional vouchers from more than 1,000 partners in diverse fields such as restaurants - hotels, transportation, technology, etc.
