Accordingly, customers can conveniently buy and sell gold anytime, anywhere and easily accumulate assets right from the VietinBank iPay Mobile application. digiGOLD allows customers to choose from a variety of buying, selling, and scheduling features to receive gold with many types of gold products such as: VGJ gold rings, SJC brand gold rings from 0.5 taels or SJC gold bars.

digiGOLD will bring customers digital experiences through fast, convenient gold trading and complete peace of mind thanks to a secure system.

In addition, digiGOLD also has outstanding features to support customers to proactively manage their asset portfolio and increase their assets sustainably through the following utilities: Monitor asset portfolio and manage transaction history, proactively monitor and update gold prices right on the VietinBank iPay Mobile digital application.

- Step 1: Log in to VietinBank iPay Mobile > Savings & Investment > Buy and sell digiGOLD gold.

- Step 2: Become a customer of VietinBank Gold Jewellery (VGJ)

Some digiGOLD transaction regulations:

- Applicable to Vietnamese individual customers, with an active VND payment account opened at VietinBank and using the VietinBank iPay Mobile application.

- Trading time: 10:00 - 11:30 and 13:30 - 15:00 Monday to Friday every week, excluding holidays and Tet according to regulations

- When arriving at the location to receive gold according to the appointment schedule, the customer presents identification documents and the gold receiving code (on the transaction result notification screen or managing the gold receiving appointment on digiGOLD).

- (*) Note: To avoid canceling the SJC gold bar purchase transaction, the customer must confirm receipt of gold immediately after the successful gold purchase step. In case the SJC gold bar purchase transaction is canceled, the customer should contact VGJ for support.
