Recently, the Korean national radio and television channel - SBS reported on an outrageous incident that occurred on April 4 in Siheung city, Kyunggi-do province (Korea).
SBS reported that the incident occurred when a coffee shop in the area delivered a coffee order to a female customer but forgot to include a straw in the order. After receiving the order, the female customer immediately called the shop owner to complain and the shop sent free straws and cakes as an apology.

The incident happened at a coffee shop in Korea and made many people angry.
However, due to a problem, the delivery took longer than usual, making the customer extremely angry at having to wait. After that, the customer stormed into the cafe, demanded to see the store manager and let out many complaints.
According to security camera footage, the female customer was extremely angry as soon as she entered the store, screaming continuously for more than five minutes. Her criticism was so loud that passersby stopped to see what was happening.

Angry customer demands manager kneel down to apologize just because her order doesn't come with a straw
To reassure the customer, the coffee shop manager repeatedly apologized to the customer and asked the female customer to come up with a solution. In response to the store manager’s words, the female customer angrily demanded that the manager kneel down and apologize to her. And in order to resolve the matter quickly, the manager complied with the customer’s request. However, she was still continuously scolded by the customer.
In an interview with SBS, the manager said she complied with the customer’s request because she did not want to affect the store. She said the incident had a profound impact on her health as she suffered from constant headaches, dizziness, vomiting, stomach pain and became increasingly afraid to interact with customers.

After this news was published by SBS, it became a hot topic on social media in Korea. At the same time, the unreasonable action of the female customer also received strong opposition from the public. On April 8, the female customer was charged by the police with obstruction of business and insulting dignity.
