Present at the launching ceremony to support member Vuong Thi Phuong in pouring the roof and plastering the floor of the house of the Women's Association of Lung Cau village, Ban May commune (Hoang Su Phi), all the women in the village were enthusiastic and quickly performed tasks such as transporting materials and mixing cement. Although they were tired, everyone was happy.

Ms. Vuong Thi Lien, President of the Women's Union of Ban May Commune, said: With the enthusiastic participation of members, the "3 Clean Savings Tube" model has been well maintained by the Union. Every month, members contribute an amount of money agreed upon by the whole group into the "savings tube". Group members take turns receiving money from the "savings tube" to build sanitation works, branch roads, and plaster the floor; and buy household items. Recently, it was Ms. Vuong Thi Phuong's family's turn to receive funds, the family agreed to use it to pour the roof, and members of the branch came to support the labor. Thereby, contributing to strengthening solidarity and mutual support among women's union members.

To date, the Women's Union of Hoang Su Phi district has established nearly 400 "3 Clean Savings Tubes" groups with more than 2,000 female members participating. The groups have mobilized about 1.9 billion VND and nearly 10,000 working days. From the savings, members have built 9,230m of concrete roads to households; 202 households used the money to plaster their floors; 46 households used the money to complete 3 toilet facilities; many households used it to buy seeds for crops, livestock, and essential household items. Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hoang Su Phi district, Hoang Thi Huong, shared: Through the implementation of the model, the Union's bases have better understood the circumstances, thoughts, and aspirations of each member, thereby mobilizing the help of members in the branch.

Promoting the spirit of "mutual love and support", the branches regularly support, share and encourage each other in life. In the first quarter of 2025, the Association at all levels mobilized members to visit and help women's families in difficult circumstances, affected by natural disasters and fires with 320 working days; supported 126 kg of rice, 200 bundles of firewood, 15 kg of green vegetables; 10,000 cinnamon seedlings, 161 gifts. In particular, implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, the Association at all levels participated in the construction of 2,115 houses, of which 245 were headed by women. Supported 26,152 working days, 491 million VND to support households to build new and repair houses, actively contributing to the province's program.

Ms. Vuong Thi Yen, Group 1, Vinh Quang Town (Hoang Su Phi), one of the households supported to build a new house under the province's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, emotionally shared: "During the process of building the house, the local government and the women in the group came to help, so after a short time, the house was completed and put into use. The Women's Union of the town also gave essential items to the family, I am very happy and grateful."

In addition, the movement of women helping each other to develop the economy has also been promoted by the Women's Union at all levels with many diverse and rich forms and contents, such as supporting loans for economic development, starting a business, creating livelihood models, vocational training, etc. In the first quarter of 2025, the Women's Union's grassroots organizations have promoted the application of scientific and technical advances in production to 74 households with 2,900 participants; coordinated with specialized sectors to organize 4 training courses on pig and cow farming for 128 women to participate; provided advice and introduced jobs to 400 female workers. At the same time, actively supported members and women to access loans for economic development with a total outstanding loan balance through the Bank for Social Policies reaching more than 1,500 billion VND, lending to 27,603 women's member households.

By innovating activities, focusing on the grassroots, accompanying and understanding women, we have gathered and attracted more and more young women, elderly women, female workers, women with disabilities... to participate in activities and effectively implement movements and key tasks of the Association, thereby contributing to building a strong and sustainable Association.
