Improve the operational efficiency of commune-level public administrative service centers

On the morning of July 23, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai inspected and grasped the operational situation and material conditions after the merger in Tan Thanh and Tuyen Son communes.

Since July 1, the public administrative service centers of the two communes have been operating stably, receiving and processing 100% of administrative records and procedures for the people, with no overdue records. Specifically, Tan Thanh commune has received and processed 563 records, Tuyen Son commune has processed 135 records. However, the centers are also facing some difficulties and problems arising during their operations.

During the inspection, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai emphasized the importance of stabilizing the organizational structure and ensuring smooth operations at the grassroots level after completing the merger. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the staff and civil servants of communes and wards, especially those working at the public administrative service centers, need to overcome difficulties and improve their professional qualifications and skills to best serve the people and businesses.
