The ICDL Digital Student program is designed specifically for students from grades 1 to 12 in the capital, focusing on three key knowledge pillars: information and communication technology (ICT), computer science and digital literacy.
The program closely follows the general education curriculum framework for information technology of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), and at the same time fully meets the competency domains of the European digital competency framework (DigComp).
The special feature of the ICDL Digital Student program lies in the construction of a complete and synchronous educational ecosystem. The program is structured into knowledge modules scientifically distributed according to each level of education, each level is designed with a separate focus but closely linked.
Specifically, primary school focuses on familiarizing with the digital world and basic applications; secondary school develops skills in using office tools and online networks.
High school level courses focus on advanced office application knowledge or in-depth content on security, online collaboration and programming.

Teachers are supported by a synchronous and modern teaching ecosystem, from standardized curriculum, interactive electronic lectures to intelligent online assessment systems, helping to save preparation time and improve teaching efficiency.
To date, the ICDL program is present and recognized in more than 100 countries with a network of more than 20,000 testing centers and has issued certificates to more than 17 million people worldwide.
In Vietnam, the ICDL program has been implemented in Ho Chi Minh City and several provinces across the country.
