In the last term, the average economic growth of Phu Tho province was estimated at 7.5%. Notably, this growth has been clearly felt by the people through improved health care, well-invested education, and promoted tourism and cultural preservation.

These are important premises for Phu Tho to continue to make breakthroughs in the coming term, becoming an important growth pole of the Capital Region, a center of industry, trade, logistics, tourism, healthcare and high-quality training.

Tran Phu High School, Vinh Phuc province, formerly a nearly 80-year-old school, was newly built with a total investment of more than 320 billion VND, meeting the learning needs of more than 1,600 students. Spacious classrooms, modern facilities... are the foundation for the school to continue to innovate education and improve training quality.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Tram, Principal of Tran Phu High School, Phu Tho province said: "Our new school is a living proof of the attention, investment and vision of the Party Committee and the provincial government. We are determined to turn that attention into motivation, effectively use investment items and continuously improve the quality of education."

That is, with investments in education, health care for people in the area has also achieved many successes, attracting people from Hanoi to come for medical examination and treatment.

Digital transformation is one of the highlights of the past term, in which the health sector in general and hospitals in particular have strongly applied modern technologies and digitized medical records, all for people's health.

Also during the past term, cultural activities and products were invested in more and more diversely and richly, with many heritages and cultural identities of ethnic groups being preserved, promoted, linked with tourism development, meeting the enjoyment needs of the people.

With the goal of striving to become one of the growth poles of the Capital region by 2030, Phu Tho Province after merging with Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces has gathered more opportunities and potentials to realize the set goals.

Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province said: "Phu Tho province will promote the tradition of solidarity, the tradition of the homeland and pioneer in applying scientific and technological innovation, for creativity and digital transformation to develop rapidly and sustainably, so that people can have a more prosperous and quality life, confidently and self-reliantly join the whole country in entering the era of national development."

The connection between the industrial plain - historical midland - ecological mountain with the heart of the sacred Ancestral Land is opening up many opportunities for Phu Tho to develop remarkably in terms of economy and society in the new development period.
