Improving the quality of Party branches through the "4 good" model.

The "Four Good Party Branches" model is creating positive changes at the grassroots level. Regular meetings, practical content, and support for Party members' economic development help Party branches enhance their fighting capacity and promptly address emerging issues in the community.

In recent times, implementing Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022, of the Central Committee on strengthening and consolidating grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period, the work of building clean and strong Party organizations in Thoi An A hamlet, My Thoi ward, has been promoted through the "Four Good Party Branch" model. According to Mr. Pham Minh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the People's Committee of the hamlet, the tasks and solutions are developed in conjunction with the functions and duties of each residential group, agency, and unit. During the implementation process, the Party branch effectively utilizes information technology applications so that Party members can access information via mobile phones. "Before each meeting, the content and documents are sent to the group for Party members to study and contribute opinions. Thanks to this, each meeting is concise and focused, helping Party members save time and clearly understand what needs to be done," Mr. Pham Minh Duc informed.

Notably, the content of Party branch meetings is closely linked to reality, integrating the dissemination of production techniques, market information, and support policies, yielding clear results. Party member Huynh Thanh Quang shared: “As a small-scale trader, during meetings, I received support from the Party branch in terms of information and access to loans for my business. Through this, I also introduced neighboring households to loans for livestock farming and crop cultivation, helping us escape poverty together.”

Ms. Vuong Mai Trinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Committee of My Thoi Ward, commented: “The ‘Four Good Party Branch’ model has become a method to help the Thoi An A neighborhood Party Branch improve its leadership capacity at the grassroots level. Many prominent issues in the area have been resolved promptly thanks to the Party Committee's approach of being close to and connected with the people. This is also one of the exemplary models with a systematic and creative approach, deserving of commendation from the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward for many consecutive years.”

Following the Central Committee's issuance of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, the Party Branch of My Khanh 2 hamlet, My Hoa Hung commune, concretized its content into regular meetings and has consistently achieved the title of "clean and strong" for many years. Mr. Do Minh Tung, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the People's Committee of the hamlet, stated: "After implementing the 'Four Good Party Branch' model, most Party members have enhanced their sense of responsibility, proactively carried out assigned tasks; strictly adhered to internal regulations and working procedures; and did not violate Party discipline or State laws."

Retired Party members regularly assist the Party branch in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and local regulations. Current Party members dedicate significant time to closely monitoring the local area, understanding the people's living conditions to provide timely support, gather and synthesize suggestions, and report them to higher levels for consideration and resolution. The Party branch also focuses on supporting Party members in developing their family economies , introducing one Party member to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank to purchase a car for business purposes. To date, this Party member's family life has improved significantly, and they have continued to invest in purchasing more vehicles and expanding their business.

According to Vo Minh Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of My Hoa Hung commune, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party members is always identified as a crucial and ongoing task. The My Khanh 2 hamlet Party branch currently has 30 members, most of whom have experience in local work, some are demobilized soldiers, retired officials, and possess strong political resolve. Thanks to this, the Party branch successfully completed its tasks in 2025, with over 90% of its members performing well.

Building a strong Party does not begin with general principles, but first and foremost with improving the quality of activities of each Party branch – the direct foundation for organizing and implementing the Party's policies and resolutions in the lives of the people. When Party branches are firmly consolidated, their activities are orderly, their content is practical, and their leadership methods are appropriate to reality, then the Party's resolutions will truly come to life, creating clear changes in each movement and each field.
