Nestlé Vietnam continues to be on the list of enterprises paying the largest corporate income tax in Vietnam.

Nestlé Vietnam Company Limited ( Nestlé Vietnam ) continues to be recognized for its efforts to maintain production and business activities, ensure jobs and income for employees, and make a large contribution to the state budget in the period of 2020 - 2022.

At the conference to honor taxpayers "Efforts to overcome difficulties and make great contributions to the state budget in the period of 2020 - 2022" on October 20, Nestlé Vietnam received a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Finance , thanks to its contributions to the socio-economy and the state budget, and its participation in the effective implementation of digital transformation programs of the Finance and Tax sectors.

The company continues to be on the list of 1,000 enterprises paying the largest corporate income tax (CIT) in Vietnam (V1000) in 2022. This is also the 7th consecutive time that Nestlé Vietnam has been on the V1000 List ranked by the General Department of Taxation (Ministry of Finance), since 2016, based on the annual CIT payment level of the enterprise to the state budget.

During the period of 2020 - 2022, regardless of the context of the Covid-19 outbreak, or the "new normal", post-pandemic recovery, with many difficulties and challenges for society and the business community, Nestlé Vietnam always strives to maintain production activities and ensure the company's goods can circulate. In particular, the company maintains stable employment and a comprehensive physical and mental health care program for employees, including: Financial security (salary and benefits); ensuring safety, physical and mental health; enhancing recognition and reward activities; enhancing employee connection activities.

In addition, the company continuously implements community support programs. In 2022 alone, Nestlé Vietnam accompanied its partners to contribute to charity activities, giving nutritional products to households and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of nearly 19 billion VND.

For two consecutive years (2021 and 2022), Nestlé Vietnam has been recognized as the most sustainable enterprise in Vietnam in the manufacturing sector. This selection is part of the Program for Evaluating and Announcing Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam (CSI Program) organized by the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Operating in Vietnam since 1995, Nestlé Vietnam currently operates 4 factories and 2 distribution centers located in Dong Nai and Hung Yen provinces, with a team of more than 2,300 employees, and creates indirect jobs in the supply chain for more than 10,000 workers.

Over the past 30 years, Nestlé Vietnam has continuously expanded its investment and diversified its products to serve the needs of food and nutrition with the goal of optimizing the role of food to improve the quality of life of people today and future generations. To date, Nestlé Vietnam's total direct investment capital has reached 730 million USD. At the same time, Nestlé purchases about 20% - 25% of Vietnam's total coffee volume, with an average value of 700 million USD/year.
