In the current context of integration, office culture plays an important role, being the foundation for the quality and efficiency of state administrative agencies, contributing to the construction of a professional, civilized and modern administration. Promoting the beauty of office culture is also a practical realization of our Party's goal of building a national value system, a cultural value system and human standards associated with preserving and developing the Vietnamese family value system in the new era. In Can Tho City, office culture is emulated by all levels, sectors, agencies and units through many effective models and methods with widespread influence.

Office culture starts with a green, clean, beautiful landscape and working environment in harmony with nature. This work is emulated by all agencies, units, schools... in the city, especially in the implementation of "Agency/Unit meeting cultural standards" in the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" according to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
