In Can Tho City, workplace culture is being implemented through various effective models and approaches by all levels, sectors, agencies, and units, with widespread impact.

Workplace culture begins with a green, clean, beautiful, and harmonious working environment. This is a goal that all agencies, units, and schools in the city are striving to achieve, especially in implementing the "Culturally Standardized Agency/Unit" initiative within the "National Unity Movement for Building a Culturally Rich Life" as stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
