After the heavy defeat, Neymar left the field in tears. He felt embarrassed about the score, while admitting that fans had the right to criticize the team after the recent performance.

In an interview with Brazilian press, Neymar shared: "I am completely disappointed with Santos' performance. Fans have the right to protest in many ways, but of course without violence. Swearing and insults are completely acceptable."

The Brazilian star added: “I feel extremely embarrassed; I have never experienced this in my life. I am crying because I am angry with what happened. Really, today was bad, that is the truth."

Not stopping there, Neymar also criticized his teammates with harsh words: "It was a farce. It's a shame to play like that in Santos' shirt. Everyone needs to think about what they want to do. With today's attitude, if we continue like that, we probably won't need to appear in the next match."
