According to RMC Sport, Neymar will sign a two-year contract with Al-Hilal. The Saudi Arabian team has agreed with PSG a transfer fee of nearly $100 million. With the agreement to join Al-Hilal under the contract, Neymar will receive a salary of about $175 million. This will help the Brazilian striker become one of the highest paid players in the Saudi Pro League.

Neymar's salary at the Saudi Pro League will be only less than Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema. Ronaldo is currently earning $200 million a year at Al Nassr, while Benzema receives a similar salary from Al-Ittihad. At Al-Hilal, Neymar will wear the familiar number 10 shirt.

Neymar leaves, PSG's MNM trio will only have Mbappe left if nothing changes before the end of summer 2023

With this, the "MNM" trio in Paris this year only has Kylian Mbappe left as the French striker will continue his adventure at PSG. "Kylian is an investment of the team and he will return to the main squad" - PSG President Al-Khelaifi told PSG players.

Al-Hilal have scheduled a medical with Neymar and are expected to complete the deal in the next 24 hours. Neymar was previously part of a group of five players who were not included in coach Luis Enrique's plans, along with Marco Verratti, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat and Renato Sanches. Currently, this group of players have to train separately at PSG in the morning, while the PSG first team train in the afternoon of the day.

Coming to Saudi Pro League, Neymar will face Benzema and Ronaldo

Previously, Neymar's dream destination was to return to Barcelona, but this is unlikely to come true given the current situation of the Spanish team. The Spanish press also dismissed the idea that Barca would borrow Neymar from Al-Hilal.

Joining PSG in the summer of 2017, Neymar appeared as the most expensive player in history (222 million euros) and played 173 matches for PSG, scoring 118 goals.

His last appearance in an official match for the French team was on 19 February 2023 and suffered an ankle injury in a match against Lille.

Neymar was once a star who was expected to become the new owner of the Golden Ball award, but now his form cannot be maintained and he is constantly injured. Now, the Brazilian superstar will end his journey in Europe and prepare to compete in Saudi Arabia.
