Large-scale joint exercises on the preparation and use of non-strategic (tactical) nuclear weapons are taking place in Russia and Belarus.

Meanwhile, several units of the Strategic Missile Forces, the Northern and Pacific Fleets, the Long-Range Aviation, along with the Leningrad Military District and the Central Military District, have completed drills to prepare for missile launches.

As part of this large-scale exercise, the Russian Ministry of Defense demonstrated the Kinzhal missile carrying a nuclear warhead. The posted video shows the preparation and takeoff of a MiG-31I fighter jet equipped with this weapon.

Soldiers from various units of the Russian Aerospace Forces participated in the exercise, practicing equipping Kinzhal hypersonic missiles with special warheads and piloting MiG-31I fighter jets to designated patrol areas.

The Russian Ministry of Defense also demonstrated how to deploy mobile strategic missile systems along combat patrol lines and to field deployment positions.

Submarines carrying underwater-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) ​​also participated, deploying to naval firing ranges to carry out combat missions.
