1. Personal/Corporate Customer Specialist (RM)
Plan and implement personal business plans in line with the unit's direction.
Carry out sales activities according to programs, campaigns and business orientations of the Corporate/Technological Science Block.
Successfully consult, offer and provide products and services to corporate/industrial customers in accordance with MBV's procedures and regulations from time to time, while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer loans, coordinate with UB to exploit and cross-sell products and services to customers.
Identify risks, control problem debt status and handle debt on assigned loan portfolio.
Carry out printing and signing procedures for asset documents/credit documents to implement signing documents with customers; create electricity; notify payment and TTTM, hand over documents to customers according to MBV's regulations in each period.
2. Individual Customer Consultant (Science and Technology Department )
Plan and implement personal business plans in line with the Unit's direction.
Carry out the entire customer experience process at MBV: Directly welcome, care for and provide services to customers directly at the floor according to the sales SET prescribed by MBV from time to time, coordinate with sales forces (RM, IC,...) to ensure comprehensive needs are met and provide the best experience to customers.
Proactively identify and exploit the needs of potential customers; seek and develop new customers in the potential/high/very high income segment; provide specialized services according to regulations of each period.
Effectively manage customer portfolio and provide investment advice to customers
Perform ATM operation support processing (participate in fund transfer membership...) within the scope and regulations of MBV
Responsible for risk management of client portfolio
Perform other tasks assigned by direct/indirect managers and MBV regulations in accordance with capacity and scope of work.
General requirements :
Professional qualification: College/University Bachelor's degree, priority given to Economics /Finance/Banking majors
Understanding of Finance - Banking industry, Banking products and services
Good sales and communication skills
English: Toeic 450 or higher or equivalent certificate.
