The Insurance Management and Supervision Department has also proactively coordinated with units under the Ministry of Finance and the Vietnam Insurance Association to organize dialogues with businesses, promptly remove difficulties, and at the same time review and perfect the legal framework towards supporting businesses to improve their management capacity and competitiveness in the digital environment.

“The application of AI, big data, blockchain or cloud computing will not only help restructure operations, but also be an opportunity for businesses to optimize customer experience and improve competitiveness. However, digital transformation is not simply a technological problem, but a comprehensive revolution from thinking to action,” Mr. Ngo Viet Trung emphasized.
