The major holds the top spot in benchmark scores at top schools, surpassing even Medicine

This year, Psychology leads the admission score of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University , Hanoi ) with 29 points, surpassing the admission score of Public Relations and Journalism - two hot majors at the school. To be admitted to this major, candidates need to achieve nearly 9.7 points/subject.

Similarly, the benchmark score of Hanoi Medical University is highest in Psychology, group C00 (Literature, History, Geography) with 28.7 points, surpassing even Medicine with 28.13 points.

At Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Psychology holds the top spot in terms of admission score with 24 points based on high school graduation exam scores, surpassing many of the school's key majors such as Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economic Law, etc. With the admission method based on the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam, the highest admission score is 870, still belonging to Psychology.

At Ho Chi Minh City University of Education , except for some pedagogical training majors, Psychology has a standard score of up to 28 points, far surpassing the remaining majors.

From August 25 to before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, admitted candidates will begin to confirm their admission online on the Ministry's system. If they do not confirm their admission, they will be considered to have given up their admission wishes and their results will be canceled.

After confirming admission on the Ministry's system, candidates need to follow the plan of the school they are admitted to to complete the procedure.

Universities often have their own admission plans with different requirements, posted on their official websites, fanpages, or by email, phone number, notice... Many schools will have an additional online admission step on their system and welcome students directly afterwards.

Schools that do not have enough students can recruit additional students in multiple rounds, lasting until December. Candidates can register if they are not admitted or do not confirm their enrollment in any school. Candidates who have been admitted and confirmed their enrollment are not eligible for additional enrollment, except in cases where the head of the training institution allows them not to enroll.
