When UNESCO representatives gave their approval to adjust the boundaries of the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park (Quang Tri province), a World Natural Heritage site, to include Hin Nam No National Park (Khammouane province, Lao PDR), a long journey of heritage dossier preparation was completed.
