To celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26th (1931-2024) and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7th (1954-2024), this morning, March 25th, at Hai Lam Primary and Secondary School in Hai Lang district, the Provincial Youth Union Council organized the "Children's Fun and Healthy Day - Advancing Towards the Youth Union" provincial-level event in 2024 and responded to the 7-week intensive emulation campaign commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

At the event, the Provincial Youth Union Council presented a "Reading Space" project worth 20 million VND and 21 maps of Vietnam to the Youth Union branches of Hai Lam Primary and Secondary School. This aims to support and encourage the school's members and children in developing and improving their reading culture; raising awareness of national sovereignty and identity, and striving for excellence in their studies and contributing to the development of their homeland.
The program included the following activities: a Flashmob performance titled "Proud Vietnamese Children" to showcase a healthy lifestyle; a recycled fashion show competition titled "Protecting the Environment"; a "Golden Bell" quiz competition; and a career guidance day.

The "Children's Fun and Health Day - Advancing Towards the Youth Union" is an annual event with practical significance, aiming to propagate and educate children about the glorious traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; to awaken pride and determination in their studies and training, and to strive to become members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

At the same time, it creates a healthy environment for children to interact, participate in cultural and artistic activities, sports, improve their health, and promote a spirit of solidarity and creativity in team activities at the grassroots level.
