In 2017, he established his own business, assembling a team of craftsmen from both within and outside the province to provide construction services for wooden houses, temples, pagodas, and other traditional wooden structures nationwide. Each year, the company constructs 6-7 high-quality wooden houses, churches, temples, and pagodas, providing stable employment for 30-35 regular workers with incomes starting from 10 million VND per month, while highly skilled craftsmen can earn over 30 million VND per month. Mr. Nguyen shared: “Traditional wooden houses require meticulousness, precision, and a deep understanding of architecture. I want to preserve the beauty of this traditional craft while also taking traditional products further afield.”
