The 14th National Congress of the Party has opened up many expectations and beliefs, while also posing new demands and challenges. As a Youth Union official, I clearly feel the great trust and expectations that the Party places in the younger generation. In the Congress documents, youth are placed at the center of expectations, as the pioneering force, continuing the good values, and shouldering the mission of leading the country to development in the new era.
The Party continues to pay special attention to youth work, with dedicated sections and chapters in its Charter. Youth are expected to be the pioneering force in digital transformation, the application of science and technology, and innovation; the force that absorbs, masters, and disseminates the achievements and best practices of the era through learning, work, and creativity. Along with this, the decisions of the Congress also open up more favorable conditions for young people to establish themselves, build careers, start businesses, and innovate. I believe that in the new era – the era of development, growth, and advancement of the country – Vietnamese youth will continue to be the leading force, worthy of continuing the glorious traditions of generations of youth and the Youth Union throughout history.

Concrete and practical actions are needed to put this policy into practice.
We expect this Congress to institutionalize the resolutions. The policies are in place, but what's more important is concrete, practical actions to put those policies into practice and make them effective.
I hope there will continue to be more dialogues between Party and State leaders, government officials, and the business community, helping businesses better understand policies, feel confident in investing capital and intellect, and actively contribute to the country.

My feelings are a mixture of joy and pride at the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Party Committee, government, and people of Thuong Duc commune have been closely following the Congress with great faith and expectation. From the perspective of the grassroots, we have great confidence in the Party's leadership team in the 14th term, who have practical experience working at the local, ministerial, and sectoral levels, and understand the lives of the people and the issues at hand. I expect and look forward to the Resolution of the 14th National Congress being strongly and widely implemented at the grassroots level, bringing about change to many regions, especially those far from the center and facing many difficulties, such as Dong Cham village, Thuong Duc commune.
People in mountainous areas hope that all levels and sectors will continue to pay attention and implement more appropriate policies for mountainous regions, so that they can gradually improve their quality of life and preserve their cultural identity.

Put the Resolution into practice as soon as possible.
I have high expectations that the Congress's Resolution will quickly be implemented, perfecting the legal frameworks in new areas, one of which is creating conditions for Vietnam to participate in the carbon credit market. This will be a new resource, generating additional income for communities directly involved in forest protection, while encouraging forest preservation as an economic value linked to environmental responsibility. If done well, forests will not only be a "shield" against natural disasters, but also become the foundation for sustainable development in Central Vietnam.
The models for developing medicinal plants, livestock farming under the forest canopy, and ecotourism in Hue City and Quang Tri Province in recent years are clear examples. Thanks to these initiatives, many households have stable incomes and consider the forest as their long-term asset.
Mr. TRAN THANH TUYEN , Dat Mui commune, Ca Mau province:
There are more policies needed to implement the Congress Resolution.
I am very pleased that the 14th National Congress of the Party has discussed in depth and thoroughly the strategic directions, tasks, and solutions that will create momentum for the rapid and sustainable development of the country in the new period. I am delighted that Comrade To Lam has been re-elected as General Secretary by the 14th Central Committee of the Party. With the achievements in leadership, guidance, and development orientation of the country in the past, I believe that in the next term, General Secretary To Lam will continue to lead the country to even greater prosperity and development.
Living in the southernmost region of our country, I understand the difficulties and challenges that the people here have faced for decades. Based on this reality, I hope the Central Government will continue to pay attention and make more decisions to realize the Resolution of the Party Congress, increase investment in projects and works, and improve irrigation and dike infrastructure along the coastal areas of Ca Mau in particular and the Mekong Delta in general. At the same time, there should be guidance on job retraining and creating sustainable livelihoods so that coastal residents can have stable lives and achieve sustainable poverty reduction.

More policies to reduce poverty and create jobs for the people.
In the context of the country facing numerous challenges such as climate change and environmental changes, I hope that in the new term, the Party will propose innovative and highly practical solutions to protect and sustainably develop the sea and islands. Promoting ecotourism, developing traditional fisheries combined with the application of high technology in aquaculture, production, and marine environmental protection are priorities that I hope will be given attention.
Furthermore, Tho Chau needs more favorable conditions to improve its social infrastructure, enhance the quality of education, healthcare, and spiritual well-being. Issues such as increasing poverty reduction policies, creating jobs for the people, and protecting the rights of fishermen remain top concerns for the residents. In addition, I also hope that Tho Chau will develop into an attractive tourist destination.

Continue investing in infrastructure.
We expect the spirit of action during the 14th Party Congress term to be clearly demonstrated through the continued prioritization of infrastructure investment, considering it a "lever" for growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy. When transportation, logistics, and digital infrastructure are implemented synchronously, businesses will reduce costs, increase efficiency, and confidently participate in larger value chains.
In particular, the commencement of commercial operations at Long Thanh International Airport (Dong Nai province) has created an urgent need to complete connecting infrastructure, including the connection between Tan Son Nhat Airport and Long Thanh Airport. This will form a "magnet" attracting domestic and foreign investment, becoming a crucial foundation for provinces and cities in the region to promote continuous and sustainable double-digit growth.
The new term, with its implemented strategic policies, will transform these principles into concrete, effective projects. When businesses perceive a clear shift from the government's determination to tangible infrastructure, investment confidence will be strengthened, thereby creating a solid foundation for rapid and sustainable growth.
