People participate in the book festival in Quang Tri.

On the morning of April 12th, at the Quang Tri Provincial Cultural and Film Center (Dong Ha City), the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee held the opening ceremony of Vietnam Book Day 2019.

Book Day will take place over two days, April 12th and 13th, with many diverse activities such as: book exhibitions and introductions, book-related discussions and seminars; and book donations to schools throughout the province. Notably, this year's Book Day will feature an activity introducing books on virtual reality technology 4.0, which will take place on April 13th.

Organizing a series of activities in response to Vietnam Book Day in Quang Tri province is one of the solutions aimed at raising awareness, developing thinking skills, and shaping the personality of each individual, thereby contributing to changing people's perceptions of reading culture.
