In that context, implementing trade promotion activities in general and the Spring Fair in particular is of great significance. "The items displayed and sold at the Spring Fair are rich and diverse, with many regional specialties, high-quality consumer goods, with clear origins, ensuring quality, food hygiene and safety, and reasonable prices, contributing to serving consumers to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation," said Director Nguyen Minh Tien.
In addition, all products have clear origin, prestige, food safety control, produced according to VietGap, GlobalGap standards, products participating in the safe agricultural food supply chain, protected by geographical indications, OCOP certification such as: bamboo shoots, vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, Northwest forest mushrooms, Nghe An ham, Ha Long squid rolls, agarwood and green lim mushrooms from Quang Nam, Ly Son onions and garlic, Lao Cai seng cu rice, Tram Tau sticky rice, Bo Dau banh chung, Thai Nguyen tea, ST25 A An shrimp rice, ancient Shan Tuyet tea, Uoc Le ham, Ca Mau shrimp crackers, Moc Chau safe vegetables and fruits, Binh Dinh shrimp spring rolls, Hau Giang That Lat fish cakes, Hoa Binh black pork, gai cake, Vu Dai village braised fish, Dat Mui bird's nest, Phu Yen one-sun beef, Dien Bien smoked buffalo, Cat Hai, Phan Thiet, Ba Lang fish sauce, Phan Thiet seafood, Hung Yen tamarind sauce, Vinh orange, traditional Bodhi Mind incense...

In particular, with an area of 1,000 m2 of outdoor display floor, the Organizing Committee believes that this is a place to introduce flowers and ornamental plants that contribute to weaving brilliant colors, bringing spring to everyone, every home such as: yellow apricot, white apricot Binh Dinh, yellow apricot Ba Vi, orchids: Da Lat phalaenopsis orchid, Phat Son orchid, wild orchid, sunny dendro orchid, willow flower, gladiolus, lily... to serve the needs of playing with flowers and ornamental plants for Tet of the people of the Capital and neighboring provinces.
The Giap Thin Spring Fair 2024 opens to visitors from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting from January 30 to February 7, 2024 (ie December 20 to 28, Quy Mao year) at the Economic and Trade Fair and Exhibition Area, No. 489 Hoang Quoc Viet, Hanoi. The outdoor flower and ornamental plant booth area opens from 8:00 a.m. on January 25, 2024.
