People have increasingly comprehensive access to healthcare services.

Through the restructuring of public service units, Tan Luoc Commune Health Station has expanded its functions and responsibilities, ranging from disease prevention, examination, treatment, and community health management to maternal and child care, elderly care, food safety, pharmaceuticals, and population management. This has helped strengthen disease prevention capacity, disease surveillance, and health education and communication, improving the quality of primary healthcare services. Residents now have access to more comprehensive healthcare services right in the commune, reducing the burden on higher-level hospitals.

The commune health station was established according to Decision No. 1908/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2025, of the People's Committee of Tan Luoc commune. The local authorities promptly arranged the necessary facilities and directed the implementation of the personnel appointment process in accordance with regulations. The station has 24 staff members, including 3 doctors, 1 nurse, 4 pharmacists, 6 midwives, and 6 medical assistants.

Although the station has received personnel from the regional health center, it still lacks several positions such as: laboratory technicians, X-ray technicians, accountants, and administrative staff. In addition, the station lacks modern equipment such as: laboratory testing machines, ultrasound machines, electrocardiographs; computers and scanners are outdated and do not meet the requirements of digital transformation; equipment for monitoring chronic diseases is also lacking, affecting its ability to provide comprehensive services; and the main site is small and does not meet the requirements of the work.

Currently, Tan Luoc commune is focusing on improving the cultural, educational, and health criteria in the construction of new rural areas. Specifically, the commune is concentrating on achieving the following targets: The commune health station will operate as a public service unit, ensuring the provision of basic and essential services in disease prevention, primary healthcare, medical examination and treatment, and social care services. At the same time, it aims to meet national health standards.
