On February 7th, information from the People's Committee of Bao Loc city ( Lam Dong province) indicated that, through inspection and review work throughout the city, most communes and wards are experiencing the situation of constructing unauthorized structures on agricultural land or in violation of issued permits.
Specifically, from the beginning of March 2023, residents reported illegal construction by Mr. La Quoc V. (born in 1979) and Mr. Dang Xuan H. (born in 1960) in alley 71, Tran Nhat Duat Street, connecting to alley 36, Nguyen An Ninh Street (village 5, Dam B'ri commune).
The illegally constructed building belonging to Mr. La Quoc V. is being dismantled by his family.
After receiving the report, on October 5 , 2023, the leaders of Dam B'ri Commune People's Committee directly inspected the violations. Immediately afterwards, the Chairman of Bao Loc City People's Committee and the People's Committee of Dam B'ri Commune issued a decision to suspend the violating constructions, simultaneously imposing administrative penalties and urging the owners of the violating constructions to voluntarily dismantle them in accordance with the law to restore the original state.
Following persuasion from the People's Committee of Bao Loc City and the People's Committee of Dam B'ri Commune (Lam Dong Province), the households of La Quoc V. and Dang Xuan H., whose constructions on agricultural land in Hamlet 5, Dam B'ri Commune were in violation of regulations, have voluntarily agreed to dismantle the illegal structures.
Regarding the aforementioned violations, based on regulations, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City has issued a disciplinary decision in the form of a warning against Mr. Tran Thien Thuat - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dam B'ri Commune.
At the same time , the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bao Loc City also signed disciplinary decisions in the form of a reprimand against Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dam B'ri commune; and a warning against Mr. Do Van Thuan - a civil servant of the Land, Construction and Environment Department of Dam B'ri commune.
Along with imposing administrative penalties, the People's Committee of Bao Loc city directed relevant departments and localities to resolutely implement measures to remedy the consequences of the violations.
Specifically, relevant agencies and local authorities are responsible for coordinating with owners of violating structures to organize self-demolition or forced demolition of the illegal structures in accordance with the law.
