On May 9, Quang Binh Police received a letter from Mr. Nguyen Anh Long (born in 1983), residing in Hong Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh, thanking the Public Order Police Patrol Team of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Quang Binh Police for promptly helping him overcome the critical condition.

It is known that on April 24, Mr. Nguyen Van Long was walking on Huu Nghi Street, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh when he had a seizure and fell down on the street, unable to control himself. At that time, the patrol team of the Public Order Police, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, the Provincial Police were in the process of patrolling and controlling the route when they discovered the incident, promptly provided first aid to Mr. Long, and coordinated support to help him overcome the critical condition.

In the letter, Mr. Nguyen Anh Long wrote, “I am extremely grateful for the timely help of the Public Order Police. My health is now stable, so I am writing this letter to express my thanks to the Quang Binh Police force in general, and the Public Order Police comrades, and the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police.”
