The 2025-2026 season saw Truong Tuoi Dong Nai displaying consistent and resilient performance. The team maintained an unbeaten record at times, boasted the strongest attack in the league, and consistently held the top spot in the standings. Experienced players like Cong Phuong, Xuan Truong, and Minh Vuong, along with a quality squad, created a formidable force for the "Green Warriors". But when talking about the person who contributed most to today's success, fans all mention a familiar name - Mr. Pham Huong Son, the club's president (or affectionately known as "Chairman Son"). After three years involved in professional football, with the championship just won, the happiest person is undoubtedly the president born in 1983. "I'm so happy and proud, we did it, the team is the champion. I dedicate this victory to all the Dong Nai fans. We will make the most thorough preparations to play in the V.League," Mr. Son said, overwhelmed with emotion, right after the victory against Long An to claim the championship.
