Mr. Trieu Quang Hoi stated: “During community gatherings, I often incorporate the dissemination of information to the people about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations; the movement for national unity in building a cultured life, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; disaster prevention and climate change mitigation; the movement for national unity in protecting security and order, preventing social evils; preserving and promoting the cultural traditions of the nation; and the need to filter and not believe in the incitement of malicious individuals when sharing and receiving information on social media... Thanks to this, community activities, festivals, and cultural and religious practices are conducted in accordance with the law; and there are no hotspots or complex issues related to ethnicity or religion.”

Furthermore, as the Head of the Salatel Management Board, Mr. Hoi focuses on preserving and promoting the cultural identity, especially the language and writing system of his ethnic group. Particularly, upholding the tradition of solidarity and mutual support, in 2022 and 2023 alone, he mobilized benefactors to provide 65 gift packages for poor and near-poor ethnic minority households in Hiep Hoa Tay and Tan Ngoc hamlets; and provided notebooks and writing materials for 29 children to learn the Khmer language in the hamlet.
