Vinmec's doctors also emphasized: "Although surgery is often considered the deciding factor, this is not entirely accurate for athletes. Surgery and accurate diagnosis only account for about 10%, while 90% of the ability to return to professional competition depends on the post-operative recovery process. It is the intensive rehabilitation methods, from physiotherapy to optimizing nutrition and training, that are the key factors in helping athletes recover quickly and effectively, returning to the peak of their careers."

The doctor also emphasized that bringing Xuan Son back to Vietnam would help him strengthen his connection with the domestic football community.
