Musician Ta Duy Tuan tells the story of Hanoi's four seasons through the MV "Hanoi Spring Summer Autumn Winter"

For Ta Duy Tuan, Hanoi is not only about emotions, but also the “muse” of emotions. Songs like “Hanoi, day… month… year…”, which won first prize at the Hanoi Sound Contest, or “Hanoi Comes to Love” – a youthful song for Gen Z, all depict the image of the capital from many angles: contemplative, ancient, modern and full of life.

MV "Hanoi Spring Summer Autumn Winter" is a continuation of that emotional flow.

In a space imbued with romantic retro, viewers can walk through familiar yet nostalgic scenes: Spring with white milk flowers covering the path; summer with bright yellow sunshine; autumn with rustling leaves in the cool breeze; winter with mist hanging over the window of a small coffee shop. Each lyric is like a painting, where music , images and memories blend together.

Nhat Huyen's voice in the piece is soft, delicate, but full of inner strength. She not only sings, but also tells the story with emotion, so that each note carries the warmth of Hanoi, both familiar and vague like a beautiful memory.

Interestingly, “Hanoi Spring Summer Autumn Winter” has two versions that the author himself arranged: the Retro version has a cinematic, romantic and nostalgic color; the Acoustic version is rustic and sophisticated, with only guitar and saxophone sounds, highlighting Nhat Huyen's clear voice.

“We want the audience to not only see a brilliant Hanoi in the Retro version, but also feel a close, simple Hanoi in the Acoustic version,” musician Ta Duy Tuan shared.
