Người Lao ĐộngNgười Lao Động12/03/2024

Talk to Reporter of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. NNT, an employee of a notary office in Thu Duc City (old District 9 area), said that the above information is not accurate. In fact, notary office employees still have plenty of time to... sit and surf the phone.

"Due to the prolonged economic difficulties, we only receive 3-4 sets of documents for land purchase and sale and authorization each month. The most currently are bank mortgage contracts" - Mr. T. informed.

Similarly, Ms. LCT, an employee of a notary office on Nguyen Duy Trinh Street (Thu Duc City), confirmed that the number of notarized real estate purchase and sale documents in Ho Chi Minh City has not shown any signs of increasing. The office only receives about 6-7 notarized documents each month. The office's main source of income is bank mortgage contracts and land disputes.

The real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City is still at an average level, without any breakthroughs.

According to some notary offices in Ho Chi Minh City, the number of real estate records has only increased slightly compared to mid-2023, although lending interest rates at banks have continuously decreased.

Mr. Ta Trung Kien, Deputy General Director of Wowhome Real Estate Company, assessed that the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City is still at an average level, with no breakthroughs.

"In the old District 9 area (currently Thu Duc City - PV), customers have started to look for houses, land, and apartments more than before thanks to the advantage of Ring Road 3, but transactions are still sporadic," said Mr. Kien.

Mr. Nguyen Nhat, an employee of a real estate trading floor in Thu Duc City, Binh Thanh District (HCMC) and Binh Duong Province, said that since before Tet until now, there have been customers interested in apartments and land plots, but they mainly ask for prices and explore the market.

According to Mr. Nhat, customers are becoming more and more demanding. People who have cash on hand often consider carefully before deciding to make a transaction, while those who do not have enough financial resources are afraid to borrow from banks. "Over the past 3 months, I have only closed 2 transactions," Mr. Nhat said.
