Many art programs to welcome the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme 'Joining hands to build a two-level local government'.

Implementing the direction of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Culture and Exhibition Center coordinated with units to organize a mobile propaganda art program with the theme "Joining hands to build a two-level local government" .

This is one of the activities to welcome the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Culture and Exhibition Center said that the art programs organized before, during and after the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress aim to promote the two-level local government model after the merger of Ho Chi Minh City.

At the same time, these programs contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people about the role and importance of administrative reform and local government building.

Policies and guidelines on administrative reform, administrative unit arrangement, streamlining the apparatus, improving the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the post-merger government will be integrated and subtly staged and propagated through performances and skits.

According to plan, art programs of song, dance, music, drama and magic will take place from October 9 to 31.

Cu Chi Vocational College - No. 2 Nguyen Dai Nang, Tan An Ho Commune (4:00 p.m. on October 15); Tan An Hoi Commune Cultural and Sports Service Center stage - No. 1 Provincial Road 8, Tan An Hoi Commune (evening of October 15);

The art program to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is expected to take place on the evening of October 15, at three locations including: an outdoor stage in an empty lot at the old Tax Trade Center, Saigon Ward; an outdoor stage in the new city's central park area ( Binh Duong Ward) and an outdoor stage at Ba Ria Square (Ba Ria Ward).
