The survey team visited the Public Service Center and the Vung Tau ward health station; followed by the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Youth Cultural Center; Lam Son Stadium; the Sports Arena, the Public Service Center, and the Chau Duc commune health station.
At the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Youth Cultural Center, representatives stated that many facilities have seriously deteriorated after prolonged use. Notably, the children's talent development area is no longer safe and has been temporarily closed for nearly three years. This directly impacts the learning, cultural activities, and skill development needs of local youth.

Furthermore, the existing infrastructure, including sports fields, equipment, and electrical and water systems, is old and dilapidated, failing to meet the requirements for organizing large-scale events. The unit's representative requested prompt investment in new construction and comprehensive renovation of the facilities to ensure safety and improve service quality.

Through the survey, the delegation also noted that the Vung Tau Ward Public Service Center currently manages many fields from culture and sports to the environment, but the system of cultural and sports facilities is still lacking and not synchronized, failing to meet the needs of the people.

Speaking at the survey, Comrade Cao Thanh Binh acknowledged the suggestions and requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant units to urgently survey and develop investment plans for the reconstruction of dilapidated facilities, prioritizing those serving children and teenagers in the immediate future.
