(CLO) Artists Thanh Tú & Etienne, Sophie de Quay, and Hà Myo will participate in a special music program at the French and Francophone Festival season 5.

Following the success of the previous four seasons held in 2018, 2020, 2023 and 2024, the French Festival Balade en France (Around France) will return to the capital Hanoi under the name of the French and Francophone Festival.

The festival will open at 5:30 p.m. on March 28, open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 29 and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 30 at Thong Nhat Park.

The highlight of this year is the first participation of the International Organization of Francophonie (OIF); the Francophone University Agency (AUF); and the group of Embassies, Delegations and Francophone Organizations in Hanoi (GADIF).

The French and Francophone Community Festival 2025 revolves around three main activities: the 3rd Francophone Run; discovering products from France and Francophone countries; and an exhibition on French-language study abroad orientation with the theme "I study and I act" to provide orientation for young people wishing to study abroad at the university level in French.

In particular, a special music program will give visitors the experience of truly walking in the Francophone community, with artists: Thanh Tu & Etienne, Sophie de Quay, Ha Myo, Bui Cong Nam, Kay Tran, Mac Mai Suong.

On this occasion, Hanoi residents and visitors will have the opportunity to explore the French fair with more than 40 booths displaying agricultural products and food from Western European countries under the theme "Taste France".

Here, professional chefs will bring lively culinary performances, bringing diners back to the typical flavors of France - from dairy products, chocolate, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruits to wine and drinks.

More than just a feast for the taste buds, the show celebrates French culinary art, from the sophistication of each dish to the vibrant festive atmosphere, while also showcasing the richness of ingredients typical of each region.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the French Embassy's product display booth in fields such as the automotive industry, tourism, education...

In addition, the Festival also opens up many opportunities for connection between students and employers, helping young Francophones access promising careers thanks to the advantage of being fluent in French.
