Many schools recruit additional students for Medicine and Nursing in 2025

After announcing the 2025 benchmark scores, some schools training in health care announced additional admissions.

Nguyen Tat Thanh University announced additional enrollment in 2025 for 73 majors with all enrollment methods.

With the method of considering high school graduation exam scores, the admission score for Medicine is 20.5 points; Nursing is 17 points; Pharmacy is 19 points. With the method of considering the capacity assessment exam scores of Hanoi National University, the admission score for Medicine is 85 points; Nursing is 70 points; Pharmacy is 70 points.

The school does not announce the quota and deadline for additional recruitment. Details of the scores for receiving additional applications for the health sector are as follows:

Phenikaa University will conduct additional admissions in 2025 from August 23 to September 4, through the following methods: considering 2025 high school graduation exam scores; considering academic records; considering Hanoi National University's capacity assessment test scores, Hanoi University of Science and Technology's thinking assessment, or V-SAT exam results.

The school notes that for all admission methods for the Health Sciences sector (except for the admission method using the 2025 high school graduation exam results), the Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy sectors require the entire 12th grade academic results to be assessed as good (academic performance ranked from excellent or higher) and the combined admission score to be 24 points or higher.

Nursing, Medical Imaging Technology, and Midwifery majors must have a good academic result for the entire 12th grade (academic performance ranked from good or higher) and a combined admission score of 19.5 or higher.

Hong Bang International University opens additional admissions for remaining majors for all admission methods of the school, including the health training group.

The school notes the entrance threshold for Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy: The academic results of the entire 12th grade are assessed as good (academic performance is ranked from excellent or higher) or the high school graduation score is from 8.0 or higher.

For Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Imaging Technology: The academic results of the entire 12th grade are assessed as good (academic performance is ranked from good or higher), or the high school graduation score is from 6.5 or higher.

The additional admission threshold of Hong Bang International University for health majors is as follows:

Tan Tao University also announced the first round of additional enrollment for the regular university program, starting from August 23 to August 31.

Admission benchmark based on high school graduation exam results in 2025 is specifically as follows:

For health majors: Medicine: 20.5 points; Nursing: 17 points; Medical Laboratory Technology: 17 points.

Other industries: 15 points

The school notes that, in addition to the score requirement, candidates applying for the health sector must have a good grade 12 academic record (for Medicine) and a fair grade (for Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology).
