Ms. Quách Thị Hồng, from Bàn Quỳ hamlet, shared: “Now that there’s a road, people can easily travel back and forth between the two sides, no longer relying on boats. Before, if a house on this side wanted to cross to the other side of the river, they had to use a boat, and at low tide, the only way was to wait for high tide to cross.”
